Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 21 business days from the date of purchase. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we cannot be responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Shipping Options & Costs

Available shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, destination, and chosen method. We ship both domestically and internationally.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your confirmation email is sent.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns to Sender

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempts, you may be charged additional shipping fees. We'll reach out to you — if we don't hear back within 30 days, the order may be canceled.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee changes once an order is in progress.
